we would like to thank you very much for your trust and would like to take this opportunity to reveal our guidelines for dealing with the current situation.

Hygiene, especially for the protection of our guests, is and has always been very important in our house, so that today, as before the current events, special emphasis is placed on hygienic cleaning such as the disinfection of the sanitary facilities, all light switches, remote controls and door handles.
Furthermore, there are dispensers for hand disinfection in our entrances.

The dining area can accommodate 4 people.

- Standard posting:

Cancellations must be made in writing.

The tenant is obliged to pay the following price to the landlord for the booked and promised period if the contractual services are not used:

- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the rental price

- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 40% of the rental price

- Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the rental price

- Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price

- in case of an earlier departure after the beginning of the rental period the ordered service or the booked time will be charged, the tenant will be informed about the possibility of a travel cancellation insurance.

- Non-cancellable rates:

The total amount of the booking is due at any time after completion of the booking. All cancellations or changes will be charged with the total amount. This instalment is non-refundable. The cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount.

Non arrivals will be charged with the total amount.
